When reading a great narrative, you begin with the first word and read to the concluding The End.  It’s the journey through the carefully crafted elements that make the story enjoyable, powerful, and inviting.  It’s the only way to feel the full weight of the author’s expression and intent. 

The narrative of the Bible is no different.  The Bible is first and foremost a beautiful love story.  If we really want to know Him, we must know His story from beginning to end.
